Job Description

Are you an experienced Inventory Controller ready to take the next step? Join a dynamic team in a senior role, working closely with the Procurement Manager and leading inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the Procurement Manager on price changes and supplier meetings
2. Administer and manage Purchase Orders
3. Supervise and assist two Inventory Controllers
4. Issue and manage Production Job Cards
5. Maintain communication with the Production Department
6. Load Bill of Materials
7. Manage Stock Write-offs, Adjustments & Transfers
8. Open stock codes and implement cost changes
9. Handle Returns, Reworks, and Decanting Processes
10. Oversee Invoicing Functions

Requirements

1. Matric
2. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
3. Syspro experience is essential
4. Strong communication and leadership skills
5. Ability to perform under pressure
6. High attention to detail
