Responsibilities

The ability to support the store management team in providing outstanding leadership to the store team.

Ensures the team executes operational excellence through a customer-centric mindset.

Generates high levels of motivation and commitment within the store.

Allocates time effectively; handles multiple tasks and completes priorities.

Provides input and manages merchandise and visual principles.

Drives performance through the store KPI’s (e.g., turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals, etc.).

Qualifications

A Matric certificate.
