Job Description

Provides advice on a specific range of products to a designated market segment and is individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.

Responsibilities

1. Customer Service: Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
2. Solutions Analysis: Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
3. Receiving Visitors: Receive visitors and assist with requests for information, referring complex matters to colleagues.
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Ensure customer details are accurate and document follow-up actions and notes from sales calls.
5. Customer Needs Clarification: Interview customers to clarify their requirements using a multilevel sales script.
6. Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Make calls or in-person visits to develop potential customer relationships.

Additional Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
• Follow mandatory procedures to ensure quality standards and compliance with regulations.
• Support business development activities and follow established procedures.
• Identify sales opportunities through information gathering and referrals.
• Input and explore data in spreadsheets or standard formats.
