Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize each dealer’s Autotrader profile to maximize visibility and effectiveness. Ensure that the dealer profiles are kept updated.
- Regularly update dealer profiles to maintain accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze market trends and demand data to recommend effective stocking strategies for commercial vehicles.
- Address customer inquiries promptly to maintain high levels of service excellence and satisfaction. Assist with any invoice-related queries.
- Ensure all tasks are performed within agreed service levels to consistently meet performance standards.
Dealer Service and Support
- Telephonic dealer support for inland and coastal dealers.
- Participate in monthly stats meetings.
- Ensure that all dealer stock is loaded according to the required AT standards.
- Provide ongoing support to dealer partners regarding program-related matters, fostering a collaborative relationship.
- Assist with GP dealer service when required.
Skills Required

- Outstanding telephone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong multitasking skills
- Customer service skills, including handling difficult conversations and building rapport
- Fully computer literate with the ability to navigate online platforms and tools
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs
Education & Experience
- Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in admin and customer support
