The Fraud Operations Team Leader oversees a team of Fraud Detection Consultants managing day-to-day operations across all fraud types, including Card, Online, Application, Identity Theft, and Account Takeovers.
This role involves user acceptance testing to improve and automate processes, ensuring a seamless digital customer experience within Fraud Operations.
Required: Degree (Risk Management / BCOM) or studying towards; NQF Level 5 Fraud and Forensics qualification or higher.
Work Experience: 2-3 years leadership in Fraud Operations or Risk Management, preferably in financial services.
Overtime may be required.
