We are a leading IT consulting and recruitment company headquartered in Bryanston, Johannesburg.

With a focus on delivering high-quality services, we specialise in providing tailored solutions to clients in the Financial Services, IT, and various blue-chip sectors across South Africa.

Position: IT Recruiter

As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Source and screen candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  2. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  1. Matric / Tertiary qualification advantageous.
  2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or Recruiter, with a focus on technical positions.
  3. Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies, including Business Analyst, Software development, Data Engineer, Test Analyst, Network engineering, etc.
  4. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  8. High level of professionalism and integrity.
