About the Role

Are you a seasoned SAP professional with a passion for driving business transformation? We’re looking for a dynamic SAP R2R Lead to take charge of our Record-to-Report function, owning the global template and leading end-to-end SAP financial solutions that propel business growth and efficiency. This is your chance to shape the future of finance operations by aligning strategy, technology, and stakeholder needs in a fast-paced, international environment.

What You’ll Do
  1. Define and champion a clear product vision and roadmap for RTR that directly supports business goals and maximizes value.
  2. Lead and prioritize product initiatives by leveraging market trends, financial insights, and stakeholder feedback.
  3. Be the key liaison across Finance, Technology, Operations, and Executive teams—ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and resources.
  4. Own and uphold the highest standards for the Global Template in RTR, delivering new capabilities and enhancements seamlessly.
  5. Manage the entire product lifecycle — from ideation through design, development, testing, launch, adoption, and ongoing support.
  6. Craft detailed requirements and documentation to ensure clarity and shared understanding across teams.
  7. Collaborate closely with finance to align product financials with company budgets and strategies, prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
  8. Establish and track product and business KPIs to measure success and fuel data-driven decision-making.
  9. Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of analysts and experts, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements: What You Bring
  1. Proven success delivering business transformation programs and full lifecycle SAP implementations.
  2. Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), with hands-on solution design and delivery.
  3. Strong technical understanding of SAP integrations (Concur, Ariba, AP Automation, Multi Bank Connectivity, Vendor Invoice Management).
  4. Extensive Record-to-Report (RTR) process knowledge including Finance Master Data, AP/AR, Asset & Bank Accounting, Costing, Customer Credit Management, Material Ledger.
  5. SAP S/4HANA certifications in Record-to-Report modules (additional SAP certs a bonus).
  6. Ability to bridge technical and functional domains, communicating complex ideas clearly to both expert and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.
  7. Solid grasp of AGILE methodologies and experience delivering SAP solutions in an agile environment.
  8. Experience working within fast-paced, multicultural international teams.
  9. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams and delivering impactful results.
