Job description

Aon is looking for a Client Service Specialist I to contribute to the success of our industry-leading PEO team.

As a Client Service Specialist, you will become a valued team member and grow your skills within a reputable company in the risk management industry.

This is a remote role with working hours aligned to PST.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Process certificate/policy requests.
  2. Act as a day-to-day subject matter expert on client policies.
  3. Manage data effectively.
  4. Shift between priorities as needed, maintaining productivity using time-management techniques.
  5. Work PST hours.
Skills and Experience for Success:
  • Interpreting client requirements documents.
  • Experience in data management.
  • Proficiency with Excel and proprietary Aon systems.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Property and casualty license (preferred or required within 90 days of hire).
  • Strong communication skills with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in the insurance industry (helpful).
Education:

College degree preferred or High School Diploma / GED.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000 annually, commensurate with experience, education, skills, and location.
