Job description

The Chief Financial Officer will play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of the organization. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's vision and mission.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial management, analysis, and reporting. A degree in accounting or finance is preferred, along with certification such as CA (SA) or CIMA.

The salary is negotiable and will depend on the performance and experience of the successful candidate during the interview. Other benefits include a generous company contribution towards medical aid and pension benefits.
