Introduction

Our client in the Solar industry is looking for Civil Field Engineers who will be responsible for the technical development and execution of solar projects. This includes late-stage development leading up to construction, review of contractor designs, and monitoring of construction progress to ensure contractor compliance with the contract.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience as a Manager in the field of Civil management systems within the renewable industry, specific to PV projects.
• Relevant Civil Degree or Diploma required.
• Experience in leading quality assurance for site execution and overseeing quality training programs for all site personnel and visitors.
• Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and related Quality Standards and concepts.
• Experience managing material and field quality for solar PV plants.
• Knowledge of quality management processes and plans for solar PV plants and substations, including civil and electro-mechanical works.
• Experience with quality documentation and report preparation.
• Proven ability to ensure overall compliance with the Site Quality Plan as detailed in the Prime Contract.
