Job summary

Role :

The Head of HR will have a central role in cultivating a strong organisational culture while ensuring that talent strategies are closely aligned with the brand’s vision and future expansion. We are in search of a seasoned leader who can foster a high-performance environment through impactful employee engagement, comprehensive learning and development frameworks, and forward-thinking change management strategies.

Essential Qualifications and Experience (please do not apply if you do not have all of these):
  • Min Bachelor’s Honours degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within a smaller, entrepreneurial company in luxury retail
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
  • Proven track record in the following seven areas :

  • Organizational Development and Change Management
