MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS :
- Matric
- Must have a B. Comm / B. Tech Degree in HR Management
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years current related HR Officer experience
- Highly experienced in all factors affecting Payroll input and submission thereof
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years current solid experience in preparing for and attending IR CCMA & Arbitration matters
- Highly experienced in disciplinary hearing matters
- Highly experienced with recruitment engagements, payroll, terminations & exit interviews
- Experienced in facilitating OHS & training programmes
- Experience dealing with large staff complement
- Strong HR administration & staff compliance skills
- Able to contribute at management level to the achievement of performance factors
- Proficient in SAP (ADVANTAGEOUS)
- Proficient on all MS Office packages with advanced MS Excel (ESSENTIAL)
- Own reliable vehicle / transport
- Contactable references with proven track record

Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities :
- Reporting directly to the Branch Manager
- Recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes (advertising, shortlisting, interviewing)
- Drafting remuneration requests, offer letters, contracts, and related documents
- Ensuring accurate and timely submission of attendance and payroll documents
- Managing employees throughout their employment lifecycle
- Managing the Supply Chain Graduate / Trainee Manager Programme
- Carrying out succession planning activities
- Reporting on productivity weekly
- Completing weekly/monthly reports (e.g., Recruitment Trackers, LTI Trackers)
- Handling employee queries
- Overseeing issuing and ordering of uniforms and PPE
- Conducting audits regularly
- Assisting with training and development activities
- Supporting access control measures
- Attending to IR / CCMA matters
- Supporting activities related to the broader People Plan
