Project Management / Importer of Record Specialist / Compliance Specialist

Conduct compliance reviews on new requests, working alongside Research and Development and external parties to investigate shipment compliance requirements.

Manage projects related to the import of supplies for global trials, coordinating with internal support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Present innovative solutions and processes to meet client needs, providing comprehensive project handovers to the service team once live or continuing oversight as needed.

Customer Relationship Management

Engage with an international client base to develop relationships, provide pre-compliance overview calls, and manage key projects to ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle escalations effectively, manage client timelines and project planning, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications and Skills

• Professional qualification (CA or Lawyer)
• Strong academic background
• Personable, adaptable, analytical, and numerically strong
• Ambitious, energetic, enthusiastic, and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
