The Role:

As our Financial Director, you will be a key strategic partner, responsible for overseeing the financial health of the business. This role combines high-level strategic planning with hands-on management of the finance function. You will play a critical role in guiding financial decisions, ensuring compliance, managing risk, and supporting company-wide performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with all financial functions.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risk management.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and controls.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s/MBA a plus).
  • CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in financial management, including 3+ years at a senior leadership level.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate finance, and accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Proficient with financial management tools and ERP systems (Evolution).
