This role encompasses risk mitigation, comprehensive financial planning, and driving improvements in operational efficiency. The CFO will also play a leading role in engagement with investors and funders, including capital acquisition, onboarding, and due diligence. Responsibilities extend to all financial reporting, audit preparations, the formulation and implementation of long-term financial strategy, and the development of the finance team.

Requirements:

1. CA(SA) or equivalent financial qualification
2. 8 years' experience in senior financial leadership
3. Strong grasp of financial risk management, governance, and investor reporting
4. Willing and able to relocate to the Garden Route District
