Remote Customer Service Rep (UK Market) – Cat Lovers Only!

Salary : R12,600 per month

Bonus : Up to R2,000 monthly performance bonus

Location : Work From Home (Cape Town and Gauteng)

Requirements : You must own a cat |Reliable fibre internet (min 25 / 25mb) and UPS for load shedding coverage | Quiet Home Office

What You’ll Do :

• Help UK-based cat owners via phone, email, live chat, and social media
• Offer tailored advice—from food plans to delivery queries
• Ensure every cat and owner gets top-tier care and support
• Share customer feedback to help us keep improving

What You Bring :

• Must be a cat parent (non-negotiable!)
• Empathy and top-notch communication skills
• Quick thinking and tech-savviness
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience (e-commerce, retail, pet care, etc.)
• Reliable fibre internet (min 25 / 25mb) and UPS for load shedding coverage
• Reliable working laptop or PC
• Quite working environment
