Understanding of real job requirements at a technical level - not just a "box checker"

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
  1. Candidate screening & matching
  2. Using various search engines, networking, and headhunting to source candidates
  3. Interpreting client specifications accurately and identifying suitable applicants through effective matching
  4. Identifying and managing potential risks associated with candidates
  5. Providing recruitment support by effectively communicating job requirements to applicants
  6. Interviewing candidates within corporate guidelines to assess strengths, skills, and requirements
  7. Developing and maintaining good relationships with core applicants to ensure loyalty
  8. Coordinating and setting up interviews between candidates and clients
  9. Ensuring all CVs undergo a QA process before submission to clients
  10. Preparing candidates for interviews and conducting debriefings afterward
  11. Ensuring timely turnaround to clients
  12. Adhering to corporate governance at all times
  13. Maintaining database documentation and ensuring all are completed and signed
  14. Keeping accurate and updated documents on the database (Placement Partner)
  15. Securing placements, including contracts, resignation assistance, and counteroffer guidance
