Roles and Responsibilities

About Us: A company contracted to a pharmaceutical company requires the services of an Assistant to the ISO / Quality Manager.

This company is based in Chloorkop, Kempton Park, and manufactures cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, toiletries, and hard soap bars. We are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the ISO / Quality Manager in ensuring compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Conduct internal audits and prepare audit reports.
  • Help in documenting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Track non-conformance reports and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Participate in the preparation and facilitation of external audits.
  • Coordinate quality training programs for employees.
  • Maintain quality records and reports in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in quality assurance, compliance, or a related field is an advantage.
Job Details
  • Type: Project-based contract, temporary for 3 months.

  • Pay: R18,000 - R20,000 per month.
