Who are we looking for : A Strategic Digital Account Manager.
What will you do :
- Act as the main client liaison, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring all client needs are met on time and within budget.
- Develop project briefs, timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency capabilities.
- Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients based on market insights, trends and data.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaign concepts and deliverables meet client expectations.
- Coordinate with agency teams to optimise campaign performance.
- Lead client meetings and presentations, communicating project updates, results and future opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
What will you need :
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or project management role in a digital agency.
- Experience in managing large-scale integrated campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, media, etc.).
- A passion for client success and delivering exceptional work.
