Job description

As the Senior Lead Retail Marketing, you will work closely with the Regional Head of Brand Experience and the Global Head of Retail Marketing to bring On’s global Retail Marketing vision to life across the EMEA Region. You will lead a team to elevate our brand across wholesale and DTC Retail through compelling marketing strategies, concepts, and experiences.

Your Mission
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing EMEA Retail Marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence across B2B, wholesale retail environments, and visual merchandising.
  • Shape On’s retail brand experience for EMEA, working closely with Global Retail Marketing to adapt and implement innovative retail concepts tailored to regional market needs.
  • Translate and execute On’s global retail brand strategy across all EMEA retail channels, ensuring alignment with local market dynamics and regional initiatives.
  • Own the DTC Retail Marketing Plan across Regional Flagship, Chapter, and DMS stores, developing a compelling campaign calendar and localized brand moments that drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Adapt and scale global toolkits to empower EMEA retail marketing and brand activation teams, maintaining consistency with On’s global framework and identity.
  • Drive omnichannel integration across DTC and wholesale, enhancing the customer journey and elevating the On brand across all touchpoints.
  • Lead with a strategic, solution-oriented approach, proactively addressing challenges and fostering an inclusive, dynamic work environment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Retail to align strategies with regional business goals.
  • Streamline and enhance processes to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of EMEA retail brand initiatives.
  • Uphold and evolve On’s brand aesthetic and identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all regional retail executions.

  • Proven success managing agency partnerships and executing impactful marketing activations across markets.
