Job Requirements
  • Bilingual in English
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business studies, or a related field. Additional studies such as CFA are desired.
  • Experience: Functional experience in business planning, account management, and operations. Industry experience in retail, consumer goods, or aircraft sector is preferred. Minimum of 6 years in finance or accounting with cash management experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial software programs, ERPs (desired).
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with management to develop and implement strategies to achieve the company’s long-term objectives.
  • Maintain cash flow in order and reach approved budget levels.
  • Ensure compliance with all Peruvian regulations on administration, accounting, and tax.
  • Select and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Assess financial solvency.
  • Execute daily cash concentration and borrowing activities.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly reports and annual budgeting analysis.
  • Provide data for monthly journal entries related to cash management activities.
