Qualifications

  • 6-8 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Human Resources Business Partner (EE)

Location: Montague Gardens, Cape Town

Salary: Up to R45,000 CTC per month

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team and support the HR Director in driving strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial relations and HR operations within a manufacturing environment (non-negotiable).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide IR support, manage hearings, and represent the company at CCMA/Bargaining Council.
  2. Drive end-to-end recruitment aligned with EE/BBBEE goals.
  3. Lead onboarding processes and maintain accurate HRIS records.
  4. Support training programs, HR reporting, and global HR projects.
  5. Coordinate wellness initiatives and company events.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in HR/Industrial Relations (preferred).
  • 6-8 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Reside within 25 km of Montague Gardens.
