Key Outputs

Ownership and data maintenance of all Product support Data sources, providing timely and accurate information to Product Support Management.

1. Produce regular Aftersales Sales force activity reports for management review.
2. Track and manage leads raised through digital platforms.
3. Activate and manage the end-to-end process of credit claiming for Power.
4. Grow aftersales systems adoption and customer coverage.
5. Manage the Digital Sales funnel and Prioritized Sales Events action rate.
6. Manage and report on Aftersales Insights Reports.
7. Research new potential customers and industry trends to drive sales in both prime sales and aftermarket.

Qualifications, Experience, And Competencies

• Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or B.Com degree (Economics or Finance majors).
• Research and analysis skills, including scenario planning.
• Proficient in advanced Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of Project Management principles and processes.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
