Job Summary:

We use this position as a baseline to identify individuals that we can grow within the business. Currently, most of our senior staff started out as pickers.

Responsibilities include organizing the warehouse for easy verification and movement of stock, picking and packing of work orders and picking slips to meet quantity and quality requirements, operating counterbalance & reach forklifts (if licensed), and timely booking of all raw materials and incoming goods once trained. Additionally, assembling and wrapping products using a skin wrap machine, and undertaking other duties as delegated.

Responsibilities:

• Picking & packing orders for customers
• Verifying products according to customer specifications
• Final dispatch verification
• Recording daily productivity and completing customer information sheets
• Placing receipted goods into correct locations
• Goods receiving inspection
• Performing weekly and monthly stock audits
• Maintaining good housekeeping and 5S standards
• Ensuring daily/monthly KPIs are met
• Adhering to health & safety regulations
