What you will enjoy doing

1. Manage the people, administrative, and technical processes of a sales/retail centre to ensure delivery of superior customer service and achievement of sales and profit margin targets.
2. Manage performance of sales centre staff to deliver customer service excellence and meet sales targets.
3. Ensure sourcing of back-order stock meets delivery promises to customers.
4. Implement sales promotion plans and carry out all post-sales promotion activities to standard.
5. Ensure accurate customer records and set targets for proactively contacting programmed customers.
6. Ensure adherence to procedures for allocation and authorization of expenses.
7. Implement all SHEQ initiatives to provide a safe work environment for staff and customers in the retail centre.

What makes you great

• Possess a matric certificate or NQF4 qualification in Wholesale and Retail.
• Have at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment and staff management.
