Job description

Our client based in Century City is seeking a Venda Speaking Customer Service Advisor.

The key objective of the role is to identify and understand customer needs, delivering first-class customer service to increase the profitability of the business while remaining committed to treating customers fairly. The role involves speaking directly with clients via an inbound line and providing responses to general contract and transactional inquiries.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 12 months unbroken inbound call centre experience
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial, or administration industry, with knowledge of relevant legislative environment (highly desirable)
Requirements:
  • Passed Grade 12
  • Fluent in Venda (Read, Write, Speak)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite applications
  • Clear Criminal Record
  • Available immediately
  • Fixed Term Contract
  • Own transport (advantage)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls and respond to customer requests
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the in-house operating system
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Assist irate members and escalate when required to senior agents/team leader
  • Maintain productivity levels and meet quality standards
  • Perform daily administrative functions and accurately capture information in CRM systems
  • Adhere to company policies and practices
  • Review and action cases
  • Monitor Average Handling Time in line with standards
  • Follow work schedule and workflow
  • Ensure cases are completed within SLA times
  • Maintain customer quality standards and comply with legislation and operating procedures
  • Communicate effectively at all organizational levels
  • Be solution-driven with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Work independently and take initiative
  • Adapt to a dynamic environment with flexibility and agility
  • Operate effectively in a team and prioritize workload
Salary and Working Hours:
  • Salary: R9500
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
