Opportunity: Head of Operations - Food and Beverage

We are seeking a Head of Operations for Food and Beverage, responsible for growing the business through establishing new outlets and enhancing existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversight and Management: Manage F&B branches nationally to increase profitability, ensure smooth operations, and uphold Hollywood standards.
2. Standards and Compliance: Set and enforce standards for health, safety, facilities, kitchen, stock, resources, customer service, and cost control. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
3. Customer Experience: Partner with branch managers to monitor and improve customer experience, attracting and retaining patrons.

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid South African Driver’s License
• 5-10 years management experience in Food and Beverage or related industry
• Strong understanding of Food and Controls

Responsibilities for the Brand:

1. Strategic Development: Oversee retail and catering operations, develop and implement growth strategies, and drive performance accountability.
2. Operational Oversight: Facilitate new branch openings, innovate menus, manage budgets, and monitor customer feedback to improve service and profitability.
3. Standards and Compliance: Maintain quality and safety standards, manage stock and resources, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel nationwide
• Stay updated on industry trends

• Experience with the GAAP system
• Strong accountability, initiative, people management, and problem-solving skills
