As a Junior Industrial Engineer, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience within a production environment.

You will start in a junior management position, allowing you to develop your skills and contribute to the future of our site. After a few years, you will have the opportunity to advance to a management position within our site.

Your projects will focus on innovation, people, and digitization. You should be eager to learn and take initiative.

About You

Performance management

You will join the manufacturing excellence department within Danone's Global Operations team. Reporting to the People and Performance Manager, your role will support Operations / Supply Chain teams on transformation projects, including digitalization, operational performance systems, skills development, training, and change management. You will be responsible for deploying tools and programs and sharing best practices.

Globally, your main activities will include:

  1. Co-defining and supporting the implementation of training processes in factories, as part of deploying new methodologies and tools to maximize team engagement and results.
  2. Organizing and maintaining the knowledge management database.
  3. Defining recommended training pathways.
  4. No direct team management responsibilities.

Your main interfaces

  • Internal: Community Operation at zone and country levels, HR team for training and development, IT team for knowledge management tools, etc.
  • External: Solution providers.

Experience Required:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an operational or industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of various technologies.
  • Knowledge of knowledge management methodologies.
  • Ability to understand organizational interactions and co-develop solutions.
  • Ability to develop strategies and think long-term.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.

Qualifications:

  • An engineering degree (industrial, commercial, or related).
  • Strong communication skills.
