About the Role

Your focus as Data & Reporting Manager (Sales Operations Analyst) will be to support our sales development teams with optimal processes and systems, ensuring our customers receive accurate reporting and insights. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing our sales tools, including B2B data providers (e.g., Clay, Cognism), CRM (Salesforce), and sales engagement platform (Salesloft) — ensuring proper integration, configuration, and management.
  2. Overseeing B2B data acquisition, list cleaning, and consolidation processes.
  3. Refining our end-to-end client and internal reporting processes using Google Sheets.
  4. Leading ad-hoc projects to improve systems and processes through automation.

We’re not seeking someone with hardcore coding skills but rather someone passionate about processes, systems, and data. During onboarding, we will provide mentorship, training, and certifications to support your success in this role.

Requirements

You will be a great fit if you meet the following criteria:

  1. University Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering (including first-year university maths).
  2. 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  3. Interest in FinTech, SaaS, and startups.
  4. A passion for process efficiency and strong attention to detail.
  5. Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets — data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis using advanced functions.
  6. Skills in data analysis and reporting using Excel/Google Sheets.
  7. Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate.

Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or B2B sales processes is a significant advantage.
