Job description

Job Title: Director: CWP Participant Administration

Location: Gauteng, Pretoria

Deadline: May 30, 2025

Requirements
  1. An undergraduate qualification in Information Technology (Software Development) or equivalent qualification at NQF level 7 as recognized by SAQA.
  2. 5 years’ relevant experience at a middle/senior management level. Completion of the Nyukela Senior Management Pre-Entry Programme is required before appointment. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
  3. Additional Advantage: Postgraduate qualification in Information Technology and proficiency in MS Project.
Duties
  1. Manage the development, implementation, and review of CWP financial policies, procedure manuals, and oversee internal and external audits.
  2. Oversee the development and implementation of internal controls, monitoring, and early warning systems. Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the CWP Integrated Management System (IMS) and manage the transition into a new ERP system.
  3. Administer monthly stipends to CWP Participants, ensure controls to prevent payments to ghost participants, perform monthly data clean-up, and manage stakeholder relations with Internal IT, SITA, DPSA, DHA, SARS, SASSA, and provincial authorities. Coordinate risk management and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  4. Perform administrative and management functions as required.
