Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Environmental and Sustainability Data Analyst to support the business through the development and maintenance of accurate information and analysis. The role involves providing valuable insights, proposing monitoring approaches, analyzing trends, ensuring data credibility, and supporting sustainability initiatives.

Job Description

Strategy Formulation

Develop insights and support decision-making through accurate data management and analysis.

Provide Value-Add Insights

Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for analytics, and support business cases with credible data.

Collaborate with the Environmental Management team to develop complex data outputs and validate data quality.

Identify trends using data science techniques and monitor performance against environmental targets.

Design and Analysis

Source data from various systems, prepare management reports, and develop new report formats to meet user needs.

Manage large datasets, conduct impact analysis, and automate reporting processes.

Compliance and Data Validation

Ensure data integrity, conduct audits, and prepare quarterly and periodic reports in line with standards.

Monthly Data Runs and Monitoring

Ensure data loads, investigate anomalies, and coordinate with teams for downstream processes.

Stakeholder Management

Build relationships with stakeholders, understand their needs, and educate users on data solutions.

People Management

Stay updated on relevant skills, develop personal growth plans, and contribute to team development.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or related fields is required.
