To lead a multi-disciplinary team for a province or large local market within a province. Manage credit losses through credit risk management within the credit lifecycle from sanction up to but not including collections. Support Business Banking by applying appropriate Credit policies and guidelines. Lead and support the team to assist business partners in understanding and meeting client lending needs, leveraging ecosystem methodology to pursue the Bank's asset growth targets.
Field of Study: Business Commerce or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.

8-10 years of experience in credit risk management within the banking environment, with deep knowledge of collateral and collection processes. Familiarity with products offered by SBSA across segments.
