Responsible for implementing and ensuring adherence to operational policies and strategies aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Ensures that business unit activities comply with quality management standards, company procedures, legal requirements, and duty of care.
Manage risk exposure across various branches, including large asset purchases, logistics, health and safety, stock loss management, legislative compliance, and corporate governance.
Ensure branches employ, develop, and retain quality employees through performance management, discipline, and recognition. Drive company culture and values, optimizing human resources within the business unit.
Assist Store Managers in implementing standard operating procedures and principles related to relevant operational areas.
Support Store Managers in improving branch turnover and profitability by providing direction, setting deliverables, and measuring performance. Advise the Operations Executive on new branches, market trends, and risks.
Address issues identified in internal audits within your sphere of influence. Proactively identify risks and implement action plans to mitigate them.
