• Provide clear and actionable technical feedback on pull requests.
• Align with engineering principles when reviewing and providing feedback on others' code.
• Take responsibility for the quality of their work and own the resolution of defects.
• Demonstrate awareness of key non-functional principles in their discipline / domain (e.g., accessibility, performance, security) and take action to address them.
• Assist with deployments and participate actively where appropriate
