Role summary

The Project Manager oversees project planning, implementation, and tracking within specified timeframes and budget constraints. They ensure that projects are completed successfully, meeting the objectives and expectations of stakeholders.

A Project Manager serves as a leader, organizer, communicator, problem solver, and strategist to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 5 years of managing complex RPA projects
• Strong understanding of RPA technologies and project management methodologies
• Knowledge of intelligent automation technologies (AI, ML, OCR, Gen AI)
• Proven experience in managing RPA projects with familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in delivering RPA solutions that meet business objectives
