About the Role
Are you passionate about admin, spreadsheets, and working in a high-energy production environment? We're looking for a dynamic Business Unit Coordinator with strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside the SHEQ Manager to ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety protocols
- Manage the movement of raw materials and finished goods into and out of the department
- Conduct weekly stock takes of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables
- Perform material reconciliations and capture data into SAP
- Update daily efficiency schedules
- Maintain weekly staffing plans, training records, and wage schedules
- Provide general administrative support to the Production Manager
- Update registers for NCQRs and CFARs and monitor trends
- Follow up on DRM actions and submit trial and ISIR requests
- Assist with staff-related and general queries
- Assist with stock take
Requirements
- National Diploma required; Degree preferred
- 2-3 years' experience in an administrative role
- Background in manufacturing or FMCG environment advantageous
- Advanced Excel skills essential
- Strong computer literacy across MS Office
- SAP experience is a plus
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
