The Quality Controller plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of work in our projects, from construction and manufacturing to engineering. We seek a meticulous and detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to delivering work that meets or exceeds industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program to monitor and control all phases of project work, including inspections, testing, and audits.
2. Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of materials, processes, and final products to verify compliance with project specifications, blueprints, and industry standards.
3. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
4. Collaboration: Work with project managers, engineers, and teams to resolve quality issues and recommend process improvements.
5. Safety Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and industry regulations to promote a safe work environment.
6. Training: Provide guidance to project teams on quality control procedures and standards.
7. Problem Solving: Identify and address quality issues, implementing effective solutions to meet quality objectives.
8. Quality Reporting: Prepare and distribute quality reports to management, stakeholders, and clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Quality Controller, Quality Assurance Specialist, or similar role with a strong background in quality control and assurance.
• Relevant certifications or training in quality control or assurance are advantageous.
• Knowledge of quality control processes, inspection techniques, and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
