Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Location : House of Experts, Summit Road, Blue Hills, Midrand, GautengApplication Deadline : Friday, 09 February at 11 : 00 AMJob Title : Medical DoctorClient Coverage : NationwideAbout Therapy On The Go : Therapy On The Go is a dynamic and fast-growing Health & Wellness company specialising in Occupational Health, Employee Wellness, EAP, and Primary Health Care services delivered through mobile, onsite, and fixed-facility models.We are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Doctor to join our leadership team and lead our clinical operations, service delivery, and end-to-end project management of Wellness Days, Screening Campaigns, and Health & Wellness Contracts across the country.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Service Execution : Plan, manage, and execute nationwide Wellness Days, Health Screening Days, and Corporate Health Campaigns.Develop project briefs, service schedules, and staff rosters aligned with contract SLAs.Supervise logistics, team coordination, medical equipment preparation, and compliance.Ensure post-activation reporting, clinical audit trail, and professional medical summaries are delivered to clients.Leadership & ComplianceRecruit, train, and mentor clinical staff as needed.Ensure compliance with HPCSA regulations, OHSA, COIDA, and ethical medical practices.Support tender and contract requirements with clinical insight and implementation readiness.Ensure clinics and mobile units operate within budget and are fully compliant with medicine management, calibration schedules, and stock control.Client Communication & ReportingDraft and deliver medical reports, incident summaries, memos, letters, presentations, and internal updates.Liaise directly with corporate clients, HR managers, and wellness coordinators.Contribute to the clinical design of new service offerings and customised wellness solutions.Clinical OperationsLead the delivery of high-quality clinical care through walk-in clinics, mobile clinics, and on-site activations.Oversee the medical quality assurance of all clinical interventions.Support and supervise allied health professionals (nurses, technicians, therapists).Minimum Qualifications & ExperienceMBChB / Bachelor's Degree in MedicineMinimum 5 years of clinical experience, preferably including occupational health or corporate wellness exposure.Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health (advantageous).Current HPCSA registration (Independent Practice).Valid Driver's License – national travel when required.Experience in managing clinical teams, healthcare projects, or wellness programmes.Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills.How to ApplyEmail your CV and supporting documents to :
