As a safety officer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety policies, procedures, and programs. You will work closely with the management team and other departments to ensure that safety measures are integrated into all operations and activities.

Train employees on safety protocols and procedures, and conduct regular safety meetings and drills to promote a culture of safety
Investigate accidents, injuries, and incidents to determine their root cause and develop corrective actions to prevent their recurrence
Keep up-to-date on industry standards and best practices related to safety, and communicate this information to management and employees as needed
Manage safety-related documentation, including incident reports, training records, and regulatory compliance documents
Requirements:
Matric certificate
Relevant safety qualification
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
