Commercial Real Estate Broker and Residential Agent

Northpoint Realty Group is seeking motivated Commercial Real Estate Brokers and Residential Agents. We offer two broker/agent models:

  1. 70% commission split with achievable minimum revenue requirements.
  2. 80% commission split plus profit sharing for team leaders managing at least five agents/brokers, with additional income streams.

Our culture emphasizes coaching, mentoring, and training.

Positions and Training

We have positions across multiple locations and provide a comprehensive training academy covering:

  • The Northpoint Realty system for success, including the 7 steps to dominate your market.
  • The Northpoint Realty 4 Disciplines of execution, an accountability program.

Successful agents enjoy a 70% commission split, above the industry standard of 50%. For team leaders:

  • Earn income from personal efforts and team turnover, with an average deal closing in six weeks.
  • Receive up to 6% profit share from each transaction within your team, with target earnings between Rk and Rk in year one for a team of ten members.
Responsibilities
  • Sales and leasing of properties, including offices, warehouses, factories, commercial land, investments, residential, and new developments.
  • Prospecting for tenants and buyers.
  • Canvassing for vacancies in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Adding listings to marketing channels.
  • Matching tenants and buyers with suitable properties.
  • Networking with stakeholders such as sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Negotiating lease and sales agreements.
