Position Summary :

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Field Operations Manager based in Bryanston to oversee sales operations. This role involves being a primary contact for all sales operations related to General Trade nationally.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Develop and implement annual plans aligned with overall business and customer strategies.
  2. Lead a high-performing team and achieve profitable sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  3. Ensure achievement of targets, KPIs, and sales plans aligned with business objectives (NNS, CIM / TTS, Regional visits, Customer business reviews).
  4. Execute customer plans and annual sales plans derived from ICP, including timely execution of new product launches.
  5. Manage & develop people through continuous coaching, motivation, and training of GT Sales Reps & BPS to upskill and guide.
  6. Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies, including Nestlé / local trade policy, trade terms, safety, and local regulations.
  7. Manage national accounts to meet CIM TTS budgets, resolve accounts receivables overdue, and handle dispute management claims promptly.
What will make you successful :
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in sales, preferably in Out of Home, with a proven track record of delivering KPIs.
  • Ability to lead teams and understand all sales functions including marketing, Out of Home customers, sales reps & BPS.
  • Experience in category development with a distributor or retail operations.
  • Proven success in previous roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
