Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver exceptional service reflecting our values of authenticity, precision, and attention to detail.
2. Collaborate with a dedicated team to create memorable guest experiences.
3. Ensure seamless operations in your area of expertise, maintaining high quality standards.
4. Projects (40%): Oversee branded print and digital materials, collaborate with design partners, implement advertising campaigns, and support brand initiatives. Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate promotional content.
5. Content (50%): Manage CRM, website, Alpina App, and newsletter communications. Lead content creation for the Alpina Magazine and social media. Coordinate media production and support departments with design and copywriting.
6. Public Relations (20%): Handle journalist communications, press trips, and PR materials. Manage influencer collaborations and press requests, including on-site support.
7. General Tasks (10%): Perform reporting, administrative duties, ensure brand consistency, and monitor budgets.

Your Profile

• Passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
• Degree from a hotel, tourism, or marketing school.
• Strong organizational skills and experience in project coordination.
• Fluent in English, German, and French.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, CRM, CMS tools, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for guest marketing.
• Assertive with strong communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills with warmth and professionalism.
• Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
