• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic
• Diesel trade qualification not essential, but solid knowledge and experience are required
• Ideally fluent in Afrikaans
• Physically fit and healthy, able to lift heavy parts and work in confined spaces
• Matric certificate
• Valid driver's license
• Must reside within commuting distance of Brits
• Previous experience working on trucks and trailers (Freightliner, Daewoo, Volvo, Afrit) is advantageous
• Good physical health and sober habits
• Willing to provide after-hours breakdown support
