Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive content strategies tailored to customer needs.
Define and oversee content roadmaps , ensuring alignment with client goals and overall marketing strategy.
Set standards and specifications for content, ensuring consistency and high quality across all assets.
Provide strategic direction to copywriters, editors, designers, and other creatives.
Lead content ideation and innovation , ensuring strategies evolve with market trends.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Set content goals and KPIs , aligning with customer acquisition, engagement, and retention objectives.
Analyze content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, etc.) to determine effectiveness.
Interpret data from Google Analytics, CRM reports, and other tools to assess impact.
Provide insights and recommendations for content optimization based on analytics.
Report performance results to key stakeholders and coach the team on data-driven content improvements.
Work directly with customers to define their content strategies and align with their business goals.
Collaborate with Growth, Account Management, and Production teams to ensure smooth execution.
Act as the primary strategist guiding the creative team on content direction.
Train and mentor internal teams on content best practices and strategic execution.
Leadership & Process Improvement
Drive continuous improvement in content quality, effectiveness, and alignment with lifecycle stages.
Identify opportunities for workflow efficiencies , ensuring content is created and published smoothly.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to evolve content strategies.
Advocate for data-driven decision-making , ensuring insights fuel strategy adjustments.
Lead strategy sessions with customers and internal teams
Define content themes, messaging pillars, and distribution plans
Set up content workflows for execution
Data Analysis & Performance Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on content effectiveness metrics
Identify and recommend strategy adjustments based on performance data
Develop scorecards and dashboards for content impact measurement
Coach teams on content best practices, goal-setting, and measurement
Guide Account Management on communicating content impact to customers
