Job Purpose

Glacier, a subsidiary of Sanlam, aims to deliver superior investment solutions through a team of leading experts and respected financial services companies.

We seek a self-motivated individual to join our Product Management team to develop and enhance our investment solutions, focusing on the management of LISP products and solutions, and to help steer the overall Glacier product strategy.

Key Outcomes
  • Set the vision for growth within your product set and execute against ambitious goals, including defining strategy, roadmaps, project planning, and business development.
  • Provide insights on product platform development, focusing on new and enhanced investment solutions aligned with business strategy and partner agreements.
  • Coordinate all new developments and enhancements with stakeholders such as Actuarial, Sales, IT, Client Services, Legal, and Marketing.
  • Develop and communicate internal business plans to share product vision and priorities for new or existing products.
  • Iterate continually to meet client needs and maintain product competitiveness.
  • Support Sales and Marketing by guiding marketing content and positioning materials, providing training to Sales teams and intermediaries, engaging with corporate clients, and building relationships with business partners and regulatory authorities.
  • Stay informed on market trends, technologies, competitors, and clients, both locally and internationally.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with partners for ongoing iteration to meet client and market needs.
