We're Hiring: Change Manager – IT & Financial Services

Are you an experienced Change Manager with a strong background in IT and financial services? Do you have the expertise to partner with project teams, business heads, and key stakeholders to drive tailored change initiatives that align with specific project and Business Unit needs? We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Change Manager to lead organisational transformation, ensuring smooth adoption and sustainable change across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with project teams, business leaders, and impacted stakeholders to develop and execute customised change management strategies.
  2. Identify change impacts and drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
  3. Develop and implement communication, training, and engagement plans to support business transitions.
  4. Monitor change adoption, provide coaching where needed, and track effectiveness of change initiatives.
  5. Ensure alignment between business objectives and transformation goals.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Change Manager in banking, financial services, or IT-driven environments.
  2. Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and drive adoption.
  3. Expertise in change frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) and practical application within large-scale projects.
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate complex business environments.
