As part of our expanding remote team, we are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and well-organised Operations Administrator . This role is crucial to maintaining the seamless flow of our day-to-day operations, supporting various departments, and ensuring client communications are handled with professionalism and care.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces challenges, and takes initiative with confidence. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive administrative and operational support , manage key communications, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Efficiently record and distribute meeting minutes with accuracy and attention to detail.

Manage phone calls, client interactions, and external communications professionally and promptly.

Update and maintain data across multiple systems and platforms with precision.

Support cross-functional projects and contribute actively to department-specific initiatives.

Provide reliable administrative and operational assistance to various departments as required.

Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.

Quickly adapt to new systems and concepts , demonstrating a flexible approach to change.

What We’re Looking For :

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written, with a confident client-facing approach.

Proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.

Highly organised, detail-oriented , and capable of multitasking effectively.

Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies and systems.

Demonstrates strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Monday to Friday, 08 : 30 AM – 17 : 00 PM (UK Time)

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary : R6,500 – R8,000 per month (depending on experience)

40 days of paid leave per year

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or operations support role

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with CRM systems or similar platforms is a strong advantage

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Highly organised and dependable, with strong time management skills

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines

Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes

Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team mindset

Strong command of the English language, with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation

Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a suitable home working setup
