In-store Advertising Account Manager

Reporting Structure

Reports to the Sales Manager

Work schedule: 3 days from home and 2 days in the office per week.

Role Responsibilities
  • Drive advertising solutions within retail stores and malls, creating impactful campaigns and building strong client relationships.
  • Maximize revenue by providing exceptional client service, acquiring new business, and achieving sales targets through promoting our advertising services and products.
  • Identify and target potential consumer brands needing in-store and mall branding.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Present and sell advertising solutions, emphasizing their benefits and value.
  • Create and execute effective advertising campaigns in collaboration with clients.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the team on marketing strategies and promotional materials.
  • Attend industry events to expand the client base.
  • Develop a solid understanding of print substrates, digital solutions, and other point-of-purchase solutions.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
  • Minimum of five years' experience in in-store advertising sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of advertising principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of the retail media industry and landscape is a competitive advantage.
  • Knowledge of event activations, print, and digital signage is a plus.
