Job description

We are looking for an outgoing and highly organized operations coordinator to assist with the management of daily business activities and administrative tasks. To be successful as an operations coordinator, you should be able to resolve problematic situations efficiently and have excellent communication and organizational skills. Ultimately, an outstanding operations coordinator should be able to ensure the smooth daily operations of a business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving returned products from customers and processing them according to company policies.
  • Investigate the reason why a product is being returned by customers and determine if the issue can be resolved, or if the product needs to be exchanged, repaired or refunded.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding the return process and provide them with information on the status of their return.
  • Work closely with other departments such as customer service, quality control, and shipping to ensure the return process is executed efficiently.
  • Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations concerning the return of products.
  • Maintain accurate records of all returns, including reasons for returns, actions taken, and resolutions provided.
  • Identify trends and recommend changes to the return policy or product design.
  • Provide feedback to the company's product development team based on the reasons for returns to help improve the product design and reduce future returns.
  • Continuously review and improve the return process to provide the best possible experience for customers and the company.
