Position: Assistant to Internal Auditor and OEM Compliance Manager
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor Assistant to assist in managing external and internal audits on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Final Costing experience in the Automotive Repair Industry.
Ideal Candidate
Proficient in TMS and Audatex.
Extensive knowledge of Insurer Final Costings, including SLA agreements and audit allowances.
OEM requirement knowledge will be a bonus.
Qualifications
Matric with Mathematics plus Tertiary qualification in accounting or similar field.
5 years of experience in Final Costing within Motor Repair Industry.
Proficiency in TMS and Audatex.
Strong understanding of SLA agreements and audit allowances.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal audits regularly ensuring Costing Departments are adhering to SLA agreements and audit allowances.
Compile necessary files and paperwork by printing from systems or collecting directly from facilities.
Ensure all documents are complete and available for the Internal Auditor to present at Audits with the Insurers.
Site visits to facilities to include OEM Compliance Audit Checks (e.g. Manufacturer required criteria, equipment, services and training).
Assist Skills Development and the Repair Facilities with OEM Training requirement compliance / bookings.
Availability to work after hours when required, on some weekends and travel as needed.
